  • Q: Coaching Program 2: 6-month program

    Includes:

    • Monthly group discussion between consultant, HR team, and CEO
    • Monthly leadership training/group coaching for the executive leadership team
    • 360 leadership assessment for executive leadership team
    • 12 1:1 coaching sessions for the executive team (up to 10 leaders)
  • Coaching Program 3: 12-month program

    Includes:

    • Monthly discussion between consultant, HR team, and CEO
    • Monthly leadership training/group coaching for the executive leadership team
    • 360 leadership assessment for executive leadership team
    • 24 1:1 coaching sessions for the executive leadership team (up to 10 leaders)
    • 12 HR for HR coaching sessions to build an HR team to handle engagement after completion of contract

Consulting Programs


Our consulting services aim to help the organization move through complex situations and solve problems that previously seemed unsolvable. This includes areas like attrition, engagement, leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and many others. Our focus is on getting to the root of the issue and addressing the right issue at the right time, which will move the organization forward faster and more effectively.

    We conduct this assessment to determine the health of the organization and discover the root cause of people issues in the organization. Using these results, we create recommendations and action plans for change.

    • Focus groups with employees and leaders
    • Full assessment of organization’s HR policies, processes, and procedures
    • Analyzed results and full briefing and recommendations/action plan for improvement
  • Q: Employee Engagement Program

    We discover and eliminate the root cause of the employee engagement issues in your organization, then design and implement the programs necessary to create sustainable improvement in employee engagement.

    • With your input, we work with you to prioritize and plan each recommended project based on the results of your organizational assessment.
